KC Athletics: The Only Full ECNL Program in the Kansas City area

KC Athletics is happy to announce that our Boys' Premier Programs will be joining the ECNL Regional League for the 25/26 season. 

Our club has enjoyed several successful years with the ECNL. Our Academy Elite Boys competed in the ECNL Boys Regional League during the 2021-2022 season and were subsequently promoted to the ECNL Boys competition level for the 2022 season. On the girls' side, our Academy Elite Girls teams joined @ECNLgirls in 2018, followed by our Academy Premier Girls teams entering the @ECNLgirls Regional League in 2020.

We are thrilled about the future of the ECNL and the continued growth of KC Athletics within the league.

ABOUT ECNL

KC Athletics joined the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) in 2018 with the goal of providing the highest level of national and regional competition for our Academy Elite teams. Find more info on KC Athletics Club Structure here.

The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) was founded in 2009 to enhance the developmental experience of youth soccer players in the United States through: (i) improving the competitive environment through the creation of a true national competitive league; (ii) improving the process for identifying elite female soccer players through a systematic scouting and identification program based on national competitions; and (iii) improving the daily training environment at top youth soccer clubs through developing best practices and training and organizational guidelines for its member clubs. The ECNL is sanctioned by US Club Soccer and is sponsored by Nike Soccer.
